This hotel exceeded our expectations immensely during our December stay! We stayed for 4 days 3 nights and was greeted upon arrival warmly by the staff and from the moment we stepped foot on the property to the moment we left we enjoyed our stay! The free shuttle to and from Disney was a wonderful perk and someone was always ready to take to and from the parks. The hotel is about a 4/5 drive away so it is situated very closely to Disneyland Paris. You are so close to the mall and shopping plaza with restaurants as well. The public transportation is about a 2 minute walk away so that made going into the city so easy! I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at the Relais Spa Val d’Europe for 3 nights while visiting Disneyland and Paris Central, room was spacious and comfortable. Location was fantastic as it was close to all amenities and allowed for easy access to Paris central via transport routes. The complementary shuttle bus was absolutely fantastic and our concierge Michael was an absolute treat and made our trips to Disneyland and stay over all absolutely incredible.

A fantastic place to stay, well situated near the trains, shopping and of course Disneyland! The staff were all helpful and friendly. There's a nice pool, hot tub and a spa. The breakfast is tasty and quite complete. There's a shuttle bus to Disney which will pick you up when you call. All in all it was a great stay and we'll definitely be back.

This is an absolutely terrible hotel and should not be listed as 4 stars. The lobby and pool might seem nice but wait until you get into your room. We are on our fourth room change after only one night here… the first room had half the floor board coming off and our toddler injured her foot! We were then taken to another room that has the exact same issue! Finally moved to a third room where the floor issue was no long but when we tried to bath our two children, we found out the bath drain was clogged and had to get a ‘technician’ in to plunge the drain! We then had to listen to the hotels laundry service truck for over one hour at 9pm while the children were trying to sleep. We were then moved to a fourth room and told that this side of the hotel is quieter than the other sides! There is absolutely no soundproof on the windows so you might as well sleep outside with all the noise you can constantly hear. Horrible hotel, do not stay here.

We stayed from January 30, 2025 to February 2, 2025, for 3 nights, [Premium Double Room*1]. We booked through Agoda and received a confirmation email at the same time! But when we confirmed the room with the hotel one month before departure, the hotel replied that they had not received our reservation record from Agoda. Fortunately, the hotel gave us another reservation number, and we finally felt relieved. On the day of check-in on January 30, 2025, the hotel staff was very polite and quickly found the reservation number they provided us and arranged the room. The room is quite spacious, with a small kitchen at the entrance and plenty of tableware. I like cleanliness very much, so I always clean and put it back after use to keep it tidy. The kitchen also provides an electric kettle and simple coffee bags, which is very thoughtful. There are microwave ovens, refrigerators, and enough trash cans, but no range hoods, so please do not cook foods that produce a lot of smoke and check to see if the stove is turned off after each use. On the left side of the entrance are the bathroom and toilet, which are basically very clean and fully equipped with supplies. However, please note that most French hotels do not provide toothbrushes and toothpaste. You can bring your own or buy them if you need them. When it comes to bathing, you need to be careful to avoid slipping when showering because you need to shower in a bathtub. Straight into the room is a large mirror facing the bed, which is very comfortable and clean. The hotel also thoughtfully provides a spa. We all enjoyed and paid for massage services, which helped to eliminate the day's fatigue. Highly recommended!
